I chose to try Essential because they offered classes that felt comfortable after being away from yoga for several years. Trying new things can be scary, but that has not been my experience here! I’ve felt welcomed and a sense of belonging at every new class I’ve attended. Whatever your path, the studio, instructors and community are there to meet you.
The magic created at Essential Yoga on Wednesday nights in flow is definitely one of my favorites. If the mid-week has already begun to scatter you into a million little pieces Brian seems to instinctively have an intuitive flow that can piece your body and mind back to whole. #midweek reset 💜💜💜
I’m new to the classes at Essential. I’m very pleased with the quality of of classes and friendliness of staff.
I am far from a typical yoga bod but Essential makes me feel wonderful! Thank God - no mirrors, so my mind has me doing all sorts of exotic stretches!

Such a beautiful, welcoming studio. The space feels calm, safe, and full of intention. Sunni is incredibly kind and loving, and that energy carries through the whole community. The people here are warm, inclusive, and genuinely supportive. For someone who has been out of practice due to health issues, each class has felt challenging but doable. More than yoga — it truly feels like a community. So grateful for this place.

I did my first class virtually due to some schedule conflicts, and it was wonderful! I found it challenging, and the instructor was kind and easy to understand. I look forward to visiting in person. The process of setting up an account, choosing classes, and speaking to the owner was easy, and everyone seems very kind.
