I am loving the new yoga and mat Pilates classes! It’s been a long time since I’ve done yoga and it feels good to be back. I also think that the sculpt Pilates workout was an even harder workout than some of the reformer classes I’ve done recently, I was sore for days! Loving it!
Michelle is the best! Her classes are always challenging, and she gives great direction and instructions. Love her energy and the playlist is fire!
I’ve taken a few Pilates classes with Zoe and can’t recommend her enough! Her classes are always well structured, motivating, and perfectly balanced between challenge and support. She takes the time to correct form, and explain movement clearly and makes sure everyone feels comfortable, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. I always leave class feeling stronger, more centered and energized. Truly one of the best instructors I’ve had.

Brought my friends to Gaby’s class and she did not disappoint! My friends loved her and appreciated her emphasis on moving at our own pace — it’s so encouraging and it makes Pilates less daunting and intimidating, especially to beginners like my friends!

Amazing work out absolutely loved this class by far my favorite!! I also liked the fact we only stretched for the last 5 min of class (I prefer less stretch time since it’s only a 45 min class). I hope we have her more often !
I really liked Mariana’s class. Her instruction and her technique of making all the minutes count in her workouts ( which I appreciate ) . I wish she taught more at the Orange location. 10/10
