Noelle was amazing! She gave amazing cues and hands of assist. I will definitely be back because of her challenging but fun classes and her teaching <3

Instructor was great and workout was challenging!

The instructors, Becky, Michelle, Ester, Brittany and ...... more, are so well trained and experienced.  They have a motivating coaching style, great music and always on tempo.  From the minute you walk in the door & greeted it is the best hour.  I feel challenged, energized and stronger.

Attended twice so far, studio is super nice and staff is great.  Becky is a fantastic instructor!

I loved Laurens class tonight! She’s such a girls girl. Very much kicked my butt and made it fun and silly.

Had the best time with Becky! It was my first time trying pilates and I appreciated how the class was a little slower but very much still intentional movements. Definitely very sore after but perfect for a beginner

I felt very welcome, Shake explains the routine in detail, it was a great class!

First time trying Pilates and I enjoyed every burn I felt in my abs and glutes. Esther was super nice and great at explaining all the moves we’ve performed in class!
