I love the ABC classes! It’s done in a way that it can be for any fitness level. Beginners can use their own body weight and the more advanced you are - just add more weight! Instructors are fun and engaging and everyone is super friendly.
Used the massage chair for the first time. Very relaxing. Jack was very helpful in explaining the different options available. Definitely going to use it again.
Just finished my second set of 24 personal training sessions with Tim. What an awesome experience, I could not be happier with my decision to do the personal training and with the results. It was a 6 month time frame between the two 24 session packages and I have lost 35 pounds (and counting), gained strength, feel soooo much better, and an improved outlook. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey on my own.
