I had lots of fun! The instructor Ravine was super friendly and helpful. Excited to go again.
Studio is so clean and calming! The instructor Erica was so patience and encouraging to all levels of people. Will definitely be taking more classes!
It was great! I love it!!
This was my first time here. Ravina was really nice, the class was really fun and challenging! She made sure you were doing the movements correctly and carefully.
I signed up for a membership after the class, that how good it was and how much and enjoyed it!
Pauline was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and made me feel very comfortable in my first class. Highly recommend her.
Roya is an amazing instructor! I took my very first Reformer Pilates class with her, and I’m so grateful for how attentive, supportive, and encouraging she was throughout the session. She made me feel completely comfortable, even as a beginner, and her clear guidance and gentle adjustments helped me feel confident in every move. I appreciated her attention to detail and her ability to make the class feel welcoming and empowering. I’m excited to continue learning and can’t wait to take more classes!
10/10 Paris always delivers. She puts so much time and effort into building her flows and syncing it up with fun playlists. It’s never repetitive.
10/10! Never disappointed in class with Paris. The flow is so good & the playlist is always a good time. Her classes give so much variety & make me excited for the next.
When class is only 45 minutes, I expect the workout to be efficient. Not only did this class fail to make me work up a sweat, but Victoria had us spend way too much time stretching. I can stretch before and after on my own time. The spring load for footwork (one red and one blue) was way too light with no progressions offered. With such spring loads and doing each movement so briefly, there is no opportunity to fatigue anything. For arms, it was a little better with options for progression. The planks were good, but she had us do them way too briefly. Overall, this felt like a stretch class. I attend 3 other Neaumix locations and was trying out this location for the first time. This is the only one that does reformer 1/2 vs all-levels. I’ve only been doing Pilates for 4 months, so I opted into reformer 1, so perhaps that was my mistake, and I should have opted into reformer 2 for more of a challenge. Glad it was a free class, but it still felt like a waste of time. I’ve never taken two Pilates classes in one day, but following today’s class, I booked a second one for this evening, so I can get a real workout in.
I enjoy Pilates and really value having a consistent instructor, but I feel this class could be so much better with a bit more variety. The playlist tends to be the same each session — often featuring a lot of Fergie — and the workout flows don’t change much, which can make the experience feel repetitive over time. A mix of fresh music and new sequences would really help keep things engaging and motivating for regular attendees.
