I had a great experience. Amanda was very attentive and made sure everyone had proper form throughout the session. The class had a great balance of strength, flexibility, and core work.
Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding class, and I felt great afterward. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve strength, posture, and flexibility.
This was my first time taking a Pilates class and it couldn’t have been better! I’m about 6 months postpartum with my 2nd boy and I needed to get into a routine. Ashley was a great instructor, very clear and easy to understand instructions. The whole vibe of the class was very welcoming and I will definitely be back! Probably going to get a monthly membership.

Sydney is an amazing instructor and I highly recommend her class! She creates a welcoming, motivating environment and pays close attention to form, correcting you in a supportive and encouraging way without ever making you feel embarrassed. She gently guides you so you can improve and get the most out of the workout. It was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling accomplished and strong!
