Monday’s with Maya are an absolute must for me. From the flow to the playlist and Maya’s overall encouragement, allowing everyone to go at their own pace doesn’t go unnoticed. She’s the best okay byeeee!! :)

Great studio, clean and intimate. The instructors are all great and knowledgeable. Love Torie’s class, always fun, and spicy.

Michelle was very nice.  She explained each movement very well.  She also checked on each of us to make sure we were doing it right.  The class was challenging but wonderful at the same time.

Enjoyed Nalini’s guided class full of fun and challenges . Modifications and options in her class. Great way to start your morning! Come join her class and bring your experience to the next level!

I've been going here for almost a year I would say. I enjoy going to any and every class that Neaumix has! Anna is an amazing owner! Lately, I have been attending Nicole's class on Thursday nights and love it! She explains things very well so that I am able to understand what body parts I need to focus on and how to prevent injury.
Highly recommend!

Michelle Kummer classes are awesome ,she is so good in demonstrating and explaining each movement and pose.
Love her classes so much ,and immediately after finishing my class i go and reserve my next session before it's full.  :)
