Loved the stretch and flow class taught by Paola! It was nice to have the option for a different kind of class. We don’t get much time to stretch in class and it’s something I definitely lack in, so it was nice to switch it up. Please offer more stretch classes by Paola! She’s amazing! 🙏🏻😊
Coach Paola led a phenomenal Pilates stretch and flow class last night. The class was relaxing, easy to follow, and she demonstrated each stretch in real time, which made it very accessible. I felt immediate results...my body went from tight and tense to loose, warm, and refreshed by the end of the session.
Wow great class. First time trying mat pilates. It was intense but in the greatest way possible. Keena was awesome as always.

The best investment I could've done for myself! I've been attending classes a Cerritos since the end of May...the instructors are phenomenal.
So to get a little personal, in February my blood work came back showing very high cholesterol (245) which I've struggled with for years. In the face of the threat of having to take medication, my doctor gave me a few months to turn things around. I started with changing eating habits and knew I needed to make time to exercise. With a 3 hour daily commute it's easier said than done. I finally decided to try out the class (thanks to the recommendation from my daughter). I tried one in Los Alamitos, but it wasn't a fit. Being new to this form of exercise, I needed more attention to avoid injuries while maximizing my time there.
Cerritos was the perfect spot. The instructors are attentive, and that's what I've taken notice of with now new people that attend. So back to my cholesterol issue, I signed up for classes and have been atte consistently. After recent blood work, my cholesterol came down 30 points!! It's still high but I avoided going on medication, and now Dr's orders are to keep doing what I'm doing.
Their classes worked with my scheduled, classes are an intense 45 minutes and I'm done. I feel stronger, arms,legs and booty are toning up, and my core is definitely improved. It's also helped my back since I sit for very long hours at work and then in the car. It's helped me in my journey to overall good health.

Pilates is another way to workout the muscles on the whole body on a cushioned bench. I love it,

Nicole is always amazing, I love her classes. She guides you and I like she adds if you want to challenge yourself. She is very encouraging and it helps when you want to give up. Honestly my favorite instructor.
