Great class, My-Linh is an amazing instructor!

It was such a fun experience since I've never done pilates before. I was really nervous when I came in, but Kimberly was very helpful and showed me some moves before we started the class. I was kind of intimidated at first since I hadn't done this at all, but it was all worth it. I also love the studio; it was very cozy, nice, and clean. Will definitely recommend this to my friends!

Beautiful studio!  So well set up, love the orientation of the reformers and the full mirrored wall.  Emmy is a fantastic instructor!  The flow of the class was perfect and she is good with instruction and adjustments.   GREAT EXPERIENCE!
