Great experience and great class with Nora! I had never taken barre before so I had no idea what to expect. Class was challenging with modifications always being offered. Studio was clean, cute, and comfortable. Will definitely continue to come to this location as well as Los  Al. Also highly recommend taking Nora’s Barre and Pilates class.

I absolutely LOVED Tories class! Holy shaky legs! I felt the burn in the best way, and will 100% be booking with her again!

I have taken Zhynah & Amber's classes & loved them both! Love the variety of movements you get with different instructors & they are so kind & helpful in adjusting you to make sure your form is right. The sequences are so well thought out & timed, the 45 min sessions fly by & I feel so great after!

Brand new studio, right by the freeway. Love the location as I can hop on to 405/22 right after class. Brand new equipment as well as same great instructors from Los Al and Orange!

Love this studio! It just opened and couldn’t be amazed enough. Great staff, beautiful esthetic, and a great workout! I transferred from Orange neaumixfit & can’t rave about these studios enough. So far at this new studio I’ve taken Zhynah, Miranda, Nora, & Amber and they have all been GREAT, & give great modifications to make sure you are doing the workout correctly. Would totally recommend, & will continue to go back!
