I took a trial Pilates class this past Sunday and absolutely loved it💜! The studio is beautiful, very clean, and conveniently located with no parking issues at all.

Lydier was the instructor and she did an amazing job explaining each movement clearly, which made it easy for a beginner like me to follow along. It was my first time taking this style of Pilates and I felt very comfortable throughout the class.

The mirrors in the studio are a great touch because they help you check your form and make sure you’re doing the movements correctly.

The workout was challenging in the best way, my body still feels it😅. I also loved the merchandise they sell there and couldn’t resist buying a pair of pink Pilates socks. That probably means I’ll definitely be signing up soon!

I had a really good experience here! It was my first time trying Pilates in the instructor was very helpful. The equipment was easy to use, instructions were easy to understand, and I loved the workout! I really liked how I had a good burn but wasn't in pain. It was low impact but definitely still a great workout

I have never done Pilates before, let alone exercise much at all, but I wanted to try a class and I’ve fallen in love with it just in the week that I’ve been doing it. Makyla is such a gentle and patient trainer and her exercises have done wonders for me already. The studio is beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment and it’s very welcoming. I’d recommend trying Neaumix Fit if you’re on the fence about getting stretched out!!!
