I love this studio! Ravina really knows how to create a great and comfortable space to work out in! I love Nicole, Jade and Bernice’s mat classes! I also really enjoy Roya and Madison’s reformer classes! Highly recommend this studio!

loved this reformer class because it was so challenging! Ravina explains each move well and it makes it really easy to follow along. this class also felt intentional with the movements my core already feels sore!

This was one of the hardest classes i’ve taken at this studio. My muscles are already sore. Great class and instructor.

The instructor was great however, the music she played was completely inappropriate the amount of F words and pussy and pole dancing and sex songs were just very unprofessional and unnecessary.
