Wow, my Reformer Jump class. The workout was difficult and fun, we worked our abs and glutes hard. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow.

The Bar class worked my gluts, inner and outer thighs and core so much. Great Class, great teaching, very challenging but felt great to accomplish!

Jenn’s Pilates classes are always a great workout, challenging various muscle groups. She provides great direction and guidance to ensure proper form. I’ve been attending her studio for 30 days, and I already see significant increases in my core strength. Her studio was a great find!!!
Highly recommend taking one of Jenn’s class. Brought a few friends to try her out and they loved how intentional Jenn’s teaching style is. Jenn made sure to ask about any soreness/injuries, which I appreciated because I do have lower back issues. If there were moves some could not do, Jenn offered modifications and support. Laughed throughout the entire class as well. 10/10 class!
This workout was great! We did our hip flexors, something we don’t work out enough. Jen does a great job at teaching a challenging class and stretching. Can’t wait for my next class.
So hard tonight! But so good. Will be be feeling my booty tomorrow ;)
