Dissertation:
I came in hoping to survive the class with my dignity intact, and while that remains debatable, the workout itself was excellent. The teachers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and clearly know what they are doing, which is helpful when your body is quietly negotiating an early exit. The classes are a great mix of ages and fitness levels, so the music choice really matters, and let’s just say some instructors understand the assignment better than others. Overall, it is a fun, effective, welcoming place to sweat, struggle, and pretend you are not checking the clock.

Kelsey is a good instructor. She has a great understanding of traditional Pilates enabling her to keep classes interesting and challenging without egregious mixing of other disciplines. She is aware of the varying degrees of skill in the class, helps correct form when needed and offers clear instructions on modifications.

I love how much attention our instructor paid to our form.

Today was my 5th class at Neaumix Fit, and I can honestly say I'm loving it! I had never taken a Pilates class before, so everything has been completely new to me. The instructors have been incredibly patient, encouraging, and helpful as I've learned all the new terminology, equipment, and movements.

I really appreciate the small class sizes because it allows for more individual attention and makes it feel less intimidating as a beginner. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, which makes every class enjoyable. I'm already feeling more confident with each session and look forward to continuing my Pilates journey here. I highly recommend Neaumix Fit to anyone, especially if you're new to Pilates!

Love it here! It’s super easy to sign up for classes and they offer many throughout the week. The instructors are welcoming and encouraging. They do a great job explaining each movement. I’m so excited for my Pilates journey with Neaumix!

Angela is a great instructor. I always enjoy attending her classes because I’m able to get a good workout in. She takes her time to really correct your form and checks in with you here and there! I’ll be back :)

Had a class yesterday for the 1st time with Eryn.  She was great and very attentive. She corrected my form when needed and was encouraging.  Will look to take more classes with her.

Great class…hard to challenge me bc Ive been working out consistently for a long time. Hope you offer more advanced style classes on the schedule!
