Leo should not loose temper on incident's  over a phone ringing in class and  this leave all other yogis  confused .

An exceptional yoga class teacher who brings physiotheray knowledge into every class. Di's understanding of the body, alighment and movement helps student practice safely and effectively. She explains poses clearly, offers helpful modifications and esnures everyone feels supported regardless of their experience level. I have gained strength, flexibility and confidence in my practice while feeling reassured that my body is in good hands. Highly recommend Di's class.

An amazing yoga teacher who is alway energetic, positive and inspiring. His enthusiasm makes every class enjoyable and motivating. I especially love the beatiful flowers he thoughfully brings and arranges in the studio, which cretes such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Combined with his warm smile every class feels special.

Gilliana is a great yoga teacher!  She brings energy and attention to detail to her classes.  She always gives great tips on postures and keeps an eye on everyone to ensure their alignment isn’t putting them at risk of injury.  And she keeps the room nice and hot!  A great class.  Thank you!

Yesterday, on the last day of the King’s Birthday long weekend, I felt lazy and was reluctant to go to my Bikram Yoga class. However, the moment I stepped through the door, my spirits were immediately lifted by coach Suzanne’s genuine smile and warm greeting. Her energy is truly contagious.
Inspired by her enthusiasm, I gave my best effort in every posture during the class, following her thoughtful and passionate guidance. By the end of the class, I felt refreshed and energized
