Had a bit of a limitation (right shoulder got questionable the evening before), but Kendrell worked around it with different exercises. A kick-ass workout (literally). Back for more this coming week!

Couldn't catch my breath for 40 minutes, only was able to lift my arms to type this review today. Loved it!

Nate is great: I have a few lifestyle-related physical limitations, and he was able to work with me around those to get the best results.

11/10, can't wait to do it again!

I really think this was the best decision I could make to begin my journey to staying fit and to get my body into shape. I am so glad that I came and I am excited to get this going!!!

I would never torture myself this much if it weren't for Nate and my fellow sufferers. He meets you were you're at but pushes you beyond what you think you're capable of each time, and changes it up so you don't get bored. Now I actually look forward to the feeling of dread becoming elation each session.

Nate is An great trainer he pushes you to your limits but he’ll make sure you achieve all your goals I’m grateful that he’s my trainer I wouldn’t want anyone else helping me accomplish this journey I’m on.

I workout 5-6 times a week and do a combination of exercise (running, strengthening, etc.) and found this to be an excellent workout. It focuses on repetition, holds, and circuits and the lower body class will truly only be legs, you don't really work anything else.
