I would never torture myself this much if it weren't for Nate and my fellow sufferers. He meets you were you're at but pushes you beyond what you think you're capable of each time, and changes it up so you don't get bored. Now I actually look forward to the feeling of dread becoming elation each session.

Nate is An great trainer he pushes you to your limits but he’ll make sure you achieve all your goals I’m grateful that he’s my trainer I wouldn’t want anyone else helping me accomplish this journey I’m on.

I workout 5-6 times a week and do a combination of exercise (running, strengthening, etc.) and found this to be an excellent workout. It focuses on repetition, holds, and circuits and the lower body class will truly only be legs, you don't really work anything else.

Nate is motivational but also fun. I love going there and I feel so much stronger.

I have been working out w Nate for a month now. I  noticed in my workout today some major improvements. Firstly my balance is getting much better. I don’t fall over so much. Lol. My leg warm-ups are improving since I started practicing better form instead of trying to finish in a hurry. I’m starting to see a diff in my appearance in my clothes. Entering month 2.  I’m getting encouraged

5th training session with Nate today. I have to say some of the exercises are finally getting just a little easier to do. I am working on my form more and less on racing through each exercise not getting the desired results that good form gives you. I’m a work in progress

Oh my goodness. What’s motivational it is working with nNate at body rocks!  I’ve had 2 classes and 1 assessment.  I feel the difference already. No kidding. I’m gong to keep up with my workouts so Nate can whip me into shape in 3 months. I think it will be a lot sooner. It’s not easy, however, I know Nate knows his stuff and will deliver as promised.

Nate seems professional when it comes to training.  I actually had a good trial section. However, the indoor environment does not seem well organized and clean.  Also, he did not seem to care to respond to my email or text at all after the plan did not work out for me and I asked for refunded as was told before the first trial section.

I had the BEST workout with Nate!!! I am so grateful for him and Bodyrock; he made it not intimidating at all to start my first session... I felt incredibly welcomed, included and not embarrassed,  but was still motivated to do the best I could and get the most out of the workout. I am sore, but in the best way!!! I can't wait to go back to class with Nate. The music, the energy, location, and different style of working out is just so amazing. I've done plenty of workouts before, but some of these moves were so different and cool and worked different parts of my body all at the same time. By far my favorite place I've ever worked out.
