The facility I visit is in Sedona which is well maintained, spacious, clean and well located in West Sedona.
The instructors I have met are professional, friendly and supportive. It is great to have the variety of class options and on line booking may be helpful for some participants.
I have found Layna's Myo-Fascial Stretch class challenging and very effective to support my alignment and neuromuscular issues. Her knowledge and guidance is very valuable and appreciated.
