I took a strap class with the instructor Molly. I was very impressed with her knowledge of body mechanics. She spent individual time with me and showed me what I needed to be feeling to do the exercises correctly. I thought it was a hard class, but done with so much instruction and fun! Molly is an amazing instructor and really knows her stuff! She is a lot of fun, but also makes sure you are doing all the techniques correctly.
