This was my first pole class. I was the oldest at 60+ in the intro class and I went solo.  Jess made the class very comfortable for everyone.  The studio is very clean and has a setup that works perfectly for the 5 very long poles.

Jess is a very thorough and patient teacher. I’m not very athletic but I’m super tight from a physically demanding job and this class was very helpful!

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to write a review but I’ve been training with Jess for a year and a half and have made huge improvements in my poling skills. Jess is THE best instructor out there not only because she is mega-talented herself but because she explains things thoroughly, understands the mechanics of the body in a way that helps her teach, knows how to work with different body types, and is patient while challenging you to be your best. Seriously can’t recommend her studio enough!!

Jess does an amazing job meeting you exactly where you are. She caters her lessons to your current strength and flexibility level, builds in just enough challenge to encourage you to push yourself in a safe way, and makes adjustments to your needs in real time. It is clear that she has dedicated years of intention and energy to breaking down routines in a way that is accessible for beginners and experienced dancers alike. I highly recommend her offerings.

Amazing. I loved the class. Just what I needed. Nice workout fun environment with positive women and Jess is a beast! She is the BEST around. I have known her since attending her first studio many years ago when she first opened. Great instructor, good location, and super fun. If you are looking for a great instructor, look no further you are in the right spot.

Jess is so good in instructing. I feel comfortable with her. I thought I would be shy or embarrassed to even try pole dancing as it requires a lot of different body strength and I actually didn’t feel any of that. She explains everything and doesn’t judge at all nor shows off. She’s very passive and let’s you know how your doing and your progress. She doesn’t make me feel like I need to be perfect. Definitely recommend if your trying to do pole dance.
