This place, people, and owner are all fantastic. Peter has helped me numerous times for adjustments due to an injury. The workouts are intense yet fun, beginners would be able to follow. I am super happy to have found this gem! People have been very friendly as well.

I absolutely love training here. The workouts are fire every single time. I also love the sense of community and fellowship. Pete is awesome and has made sure that I am up to speed on all movements and techniques since day one! It has become the best part of my week! It is by far the best place I have ever joined to workout.

I've done several conditioning focused workouts at Manic and they never fail to kick my a**. Great workout with great instruction, and the environment is tough but welcoming. I appreciate being pushed to perform at a higher level while also getting instruction on form to avoid injury.

What a great group of people to work out with! Everyone is friendly, takes the time to introduce themselves, and helps get the form and movements correct. All new to me, but I’m digging it!
