Critiqued our form, answered questions, etc. mentioned that she teaches a jumpboard class on Sunday. I would be interested in a jumpboard class during the week in the a.m. preferably on Friday or Monday. Even if it’s once a month. I enjoyed this class!

Sabrina is excellent. She knows how to bring great variety into the classroom and knows how to push the students. Push them enough so that there’s a good balance between success and new challenges.
I am new to pilates. I have wanted to try it to strengthen my back muscles. I was walking into new territory so i was mildly nervous. I have done classes with Ashley and Nadine. Both of them were so helpful and informative to help me understand basics, and explained step by step + physically corrected me if i was having trouble with the exercises. A welcoming environment. I am very happy with attending here so far. Not costly either! Thank you!
