Great class
Had my first "climb" this morning. The instructor and other members in the class were all welcoming and helpful. Appreciate that clean towels & good tasting filtered water are provided.
Class completely kicked my butt, but 30 minutes was doable, and I feel I had a through, full body workout. I feel pretty good now, - six hours later - but I am sure I will sleep well tonight.
Looking forward to next class tomorrow am, and am confident that I will acclimate with practice. .

The gym experience is completely new to me. I found some of the activities pretty challenging. I was happy that they could be modified for my fitness level which is very low. It will be interesting to see how sore I get over the next couple of days.
I have one concern about the facility that I would like to share. The concern is related to the air in the room. It seemed a bit stuffy to me. Personally, I would prefer a fan or something that generates more air circulation.
Do you have any recommendations for my very sweaty hands? Is there a glove or something for my hands that I could use to prevent slipping? I was most concerned about slipping when doing the pull-ups. I was also concerned about the poor person that had to follow me during the rotation.
I can't say that I loved it so much & can't wait to return next Thursday. But I will return next week & give it another shot now that I have an idea of what to expect. I hope you have a great week & thanks for your help.

Nate's circuit workout is quick and efficient. Best of all, it brought back memories of my cross training days on the Rutgers Crew Team. I am so glad I added this to my weekly routine!
Honestly, I have never been in a strength training program before (I hated gym in high school). And I was amazed I could work through a whole session. The tips and instruction on body posture really helped. And today, I thought I wouldn’t be able to move. But, I feel energized.
The gym has a lot to offer. Workout was great. Best burn I have had in a long time. Erica was an excellent trainer.
Visited MPCLE for the first time and had a great work out. Trainer Eric did a great job and the MP- strength session kicked my butt.
Great workout and friendly, approachable people! As a first-timer they knew I was coming and made sure I was set up for success throughout the class. Excited to make this my home gym & get ripped!
I have heard for years how great MP is. Did my first session today and it matches all expectations! They have a new long term customer and I wish I listened faster and started earlier!
