Amazing class, Jen was super helpful and supportive.
Enjoyed the class. Jeff toned it down due to the warmth of the room. He gave very detailed instructions as to the new poses he introduced before we attempted them. It was a lot of fun.
Hama led a very gentle hip opening class that stretched the whole body. It was perfect for lunch time and exactly what I needed. She also shared an inspiring poem at the end, beautiful way to end the class.
Bhakti is a well loved community of yogis and yoginis of devotion. It was a long missed moistening of the heart with fun and well sequenced flow.
Looking forward to more practices here!
This class was amazing! So fun & unique, while being challenging but accessible to all levels of yogi.
Love this class. As someone who is very much earlier in my practice I appreciate the pacing and the instruction. Really nice with the windows open and helps me to slow down. Will be back again!
Very relaxing experience overall!
One quibble - could someone install paper towels or washable towels in the bathroom and disconnect that loud hand dryer? Every time someone uses the bathroom that thing is insanely loud and can be heard in both the practice rooms. Really took us out of the sound healing experience when it would start blasting loudly.
I keep signing up for Gopi classes, but she always seems to have a sub for her instead. :(
The sub today was ok, but sometimes we held poses for a long time while she talked about feelings or platitudes instead of talking us through form, and I wanted more instruction since it was a Level 1 class.
I had the pleasure today to have a class with a new instructor. I was pleased by her class plan and her enthusiasm. She was actually hands on with some helpful assistance on two asanas I was doing. I look forward to practicing with her again.
Best class I have taken in many years! Gopi is by far the best yoga instructor we are lucky to have in DC. I feel both challenged and energized!
