I really enjoyed my yoga class at Red Brick . I’m so glad I joined my friend Chris today . I did yoga prior to Covid . This is my first time back . I’m feeling quite rusty . I welcome constructive critism . Ang did a great job tonight , I didn’t feel any intimidation by the class at all . I was very comfortable and the facility is very welcoming and clean . Looking forward to coming back and bringing my daughter.

I Can’t say enough nice things about my experience today,Carole was Spot on with my reading. Her knowledge is impeccable! I loved the atmosphere of the Studio,Very clean ,organized. What a wonderful experience! I could feel the positive energy in the room and it really helped to center me. The vibrations of the different instruments and bowls resonated with me. I slept so well that evening. Looking forward to the next time this is offered.
