The training method exercised at BioFit is effective both content-wise and time-wise. Joel is a wonderful personal trainer. He demonstrates patience, kindness, and energy in his work. He cares about helping you meet your fitness goals. He is knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition alike, and his passion shines through when he conveys this knowledge. I highly recommend BioFit & Joel.

As a martial artist, I have always known I could perform my techniques better if I was in better physical shape...but with so much time already devoted to training, I didn't have enough time to do the "6-day-per-week, 60-75-minutes-at-a-time" workouts that most people promote. Then I read BODY BY SCIENCE, which suggests doing one 30-minute session per week. It seemed too good to be true, but I wanted to try it anyway. I found out Jay at BioFitNY puts his clients through this routine, so I booked a free session with him to see if there was any truth to it. Well, nearly a year later, he has proven the science and theory behind this method is sound. I started with him in January 2020 when I was 241 pounds. Now, less than a year later, I am down to 176. I just needed someone to motivate me to do it, and Jay is more than capable of fulfilling that role.
