I recently attended 3 services at The Sanctuary. ALL 3 offerings provided the relaxation, time "away from all the noise" and increased my overall energy. The Biomat, Biocharger & salt room were a perfect balance. This hidden GEM will be my go to when I need recharging!!

I feel refreshed after a 30 minute biomat and 30 minute crystal bed session. Both therapies helped ease my worries and relaxed me. I will definitely be back soon!

My second Reiki session with Amy was as the first, very powerful. I felt warmth, peace, transcendence, the singing bowls reverberated throughout my entire being. The Reiki room itself feels so healing and soothing. I want to do more to be of 'service' to Spirit to help others and want to continue to grow and evolve myself. Amy told me of what she received after the session, one book she recommended I found I had at home but have not read in years! I was just looking at the web site, so much to choose from,  and want to experience some of the other  spirit gems that are offered! Thank you Amy, blessings to you and the entire Sanctuary community.

The session was overwhelming with the information that came through…I believe Mary is a gifted soul who connects with you and delivers messages for your best and highest good with the purest of spiritual intentions.  Just being around here energy was uplifting and I walked away from the session with an emotional healing that answered questions that I carried for years after my late husbands passing.  Her kindness and understanding in reaching me was so comforting…….I believe Spirit brings you to people when the time is right.  I wandered into the Sanctuary while visiting the area and found an amazing place with so many wellness, informational tools and practitioners available for guidance.  Clearly    The owner has her hand on the pulse of what is needed from the metaphysical spiritual wellness of this time.
