Meghan is my absolute favorite instructor at PYB. She has an awesome sense of humor and the best playlists. Her words of encouragement really push me to give 100% in my practice every time. I appreciate her authenticity.

Kate is the best teacher I’ve ever had by far!!! So cheerful funny and knowledgeable!!!

You leave PYB classes with nothing but a clear head, and an endorphin driven mindset.. Anxiety, depression, frustration and life's disappointments are left on the mat... Everyone works at their own pace, no pressure, great welcoming staff and friendly students.. thanks PYB!

never thought i would like yoga, esp hot yoga. gave it a go one random day, never looked back. the instructors are AMAZING

First time doing Power Yoga, I loved it and my instructor . Will be returning!
