A very enjoyable experience. I hadn't done any yoga for 5 years and was a little nervous going in. The instructor (Maria) was very welcoming and provided a relaxed "come as you are" atmosphere. The workout was a nice blend. (I'm feeling better already lol.) Maria asked the group for issues needing work this week(Hips, shoulders etc). Very helpful. I will be returning.
Crystal's mindful movement class was exactly what I needed. She expertly wove together asana, breath, and energy medicine all within the context of the second chakra. After a generous shivasana, I felt relaxed and uplifted. I really appreciated her thoughtful, knowledgeable, well crafted style of teaching.
It was great! Thorough instructions, challenging movements, great energy <3
Mindful You Yoga Studio
This morning began a new integration of my journey swimming in the realms of Spirit with mind-body-soul connections and the ways of inner-healing and wholeness at this beautiful little hideway!
The environment of the studio was calm & peaceful, with soul touching accents and comforting lighting. There were props available in the studio, I just brought myself in appropriate attire and my yoga mat. I really enjoyed the experience and feel a leading to continue!
Those attending alongside me were warm and welcoming. The instructor-guide, Crystal, was centered, focused, detailed in explaining poses, body position, and postures and was very knowledgeable about the energy centers, meridians, and electromagnetic field of the human body/energy being and the ways in which to work with these energies for balancing, empowerment and release as intention is held and recalled throughout the session.
I decided on the intro to the studio package that's available for a limited time. 5 classes for $25. From there, there are several options to take on membership and continue in classes. Check out their website and sister locations around Baltimore!

This was my very first yoga experience and Lynda nailed it! Can’t wait for my next class. I currently have back spasms and other neurological issues going on. My doctors recommended yoga. I’m just sorry that it took 10 months for me to try it.
I love this yoga studio. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed, and like I was meant to be there. I wanted to explore the classes at this yoga studio to help me in many ways, but mostly to help me kickstart my way back to health after a diagnosis of diabetes, I just could not get myself together but through the last few weeks of attending classes I have been motivated and felt better than I have since that day that I receive my diagnosis. I also have been achieving and consistently maintaining the best diabetes numbers I have ever had in my life , this is due to the motivation and confidence and peace that I have found by taking classes at this fantastic studio. It has promoted a healthier lifestyle for me. Each teacher is helpful and personable and so well knowledgeable about the practices that they teach and they have a student for life in me. I cannot say enough to thank and praise the wonderful people I have met here. I am even planning my team work meetings to attend a class together. Thank you Linda and Crystal for bringing this wonderful place to my neighborhood.
