Amanda’s MoPi practice was full of new oblique challenges today. Her warm and enthusiastic personality makes the practice fly by and before you know it you are stronger and longer!

I had Yin & Tonic with Alena this evening and enjoyed the class very much. I alao loved the longer shavasana at the end in her class. It gives me enough time to end the class relaxed. Thank you Alena!

Had Hatha Release with Avinash today. I like his classes for combination of his instructions,  posture selections and the class feeling all together. Thank you Avinash!

Tuesday night Yin and Tonic with Alena is such a great way to reconnect with yourself midweek and find a sense of peace and equanimity after a long day at work. Love Alena's thoughtful teaching style and the special touches she adds to each class.

I had Relax & Restore with Loredana this evening and was amazing. She always offer different postures in each class and so it's great to realese different parts of body in her classes. The calm music, her voice as well as offering quiet times during the class were all pleasantly calm and great help for relaxation. Thank you so much Loredana!

This was my 5th Hatha Balance class with Loredana and the progress I have made with my balance in such short period is so rewarding!

The system classes that Amanda has created is one of the best I have attended. They all work cohesively together to create a challenging and balanced workout for all levels. Her energy and experience shows to ensure we are getting all the proper form and benefits from each of her classes. She is a dedicated teacher with a passion for her students. Highly recommended all her classes !!!

I had In Yin with Alena this morning and couldn't start Saturday morning better than attending her class! I left the class so relaxed. Her class is a real peace, the back ground music, her voice and right balance of everything. Thank you Alena!
