Took my first reformer class today. I loved it. Shelly was so patient for my first time. I have been working with Meghan and can't say enough about how much 416 Pilates is helping me not only with strength but self esteem.

I was in a melt class with Meghan this week. I am learning about melt and how my body reacts to this instruction. I left feeling refreshed and ready for the day!
