Everyone at TMC is really supportive and enjoy celebrating each others achievements.
From day one I was made to feel welcome and part of the community.
Even though I have only been attending TMC for a short time I have seen an improvement in my strength, flexibility and confidence.

100% recommend this gym - great combination of strength and mobility/flexibility which is hard to find. Great on its own or as a cross-training option for things like jiu jitsu to reduce injuries, increase flexibility etc.
