Such a calming experience.  I got a good workout in a pleasing atmosphere with a great instructor.  Amazingly nice.

My first time for Pilates.  Lucie was a gracious host helping with the different positions in an easy to understand and follow format.  The workout was satisfying and not torturous!  I would recommend Lucie’s studio

Really enjoyed my first class with Lucie!  Her delivery is calm, yet fun.  The quaint atmosphere of the studio is lovely, and it's centrally located in Lexington.  Anyone interested in pilates should check Shine Pilates Studio out!

I loved my first Initial Pilates session with Lucie! The atmosphere was chic and relaxing and I woke up the next day sore in all the right places :) I can’t wait for my next session and will definitely be coming in 2-3x a week.

As a beginner, Lucie and her team make you feel so comfortable.  In addition, the other attendees are so very nice as well.  My muscles are tired by the end - great workout.  I look forward to seeing changes after 30 days.
