Was awesome! HOT!  can’t wait till my next class

So good! My first ever hot yoga class and I felt so comfortable with stopping whenever I needed to. So hard but felt so good! I will be back next week

I haven’t been to hot yoga for many years and I was a bit daunted starting again. But my class with Binny was welcoming and she set a nice balance between giving me attention and letting me find my own way.

Great atmosphere, great challenge, great instructor.

My first time trying Bikram yoga and would recommend it to anyone! The class was friendly and really easy to follow and the practice was really powerful at silencing the mind and deeper connecting with your body!
