Todays Gentle Yoga with Nicole was Excellent! I love how Nicole added in some additional posses to strengthen the core (my weak area). Nicole never disappoints.
Just found this little treasure here on Staten Island and I love love love it.
Nicole is always in a good mood and keeps her classes fresh and new making it so easy to turn off and be in the moment.
