This class was so good! Jen did an amazing job of challenging us to work hard while cautioning us to listen to our bodies. I felt very comfortable as a first timer to Sculpt Yoga and plan to get to this class more often.
A change up from the flow, set, flow, set routine. It's nice to get some variety in the class!
Fun class! Wish it was longer.
Another great class! It was interesting to have done nearly the same routine in a non-heated class for comparison. The flow itself was good, but I think switching the setup would have made it even better. In the Friday class, the 2nd round had fewer reps so that we could do the blast. Tonight's class had a longer 2nd round and no blast. It's very different to do this routine in a heated room, and doing a shorter 2nd round with a short break before a blast would have allowed some needed recovery time (but let the record show that I'm a wimp and other yogis blasted through it). Either way, the class was great and I had a blast! It really is impressive how the instructors at AYC are consistently able to come up with fresh flows :)
Well, I didn’t do the hand stand, but this class was HANDS down outSTANDING!! I crack myself up!! Thanks for a fun and challenging Wednesday!!
10/10 absolutely loved trying a hand stand and the playlist!! It was just what I needed after the first day of testing season!
I'm petitioning to change the phrase "kicked your butt" to "kicked your core." What a great core workout! It was difficult, but the alternating right/left sets left space to recover.
She is a good instructor!

What a fantastic retreat! The yoga was amazing and the whole retreat was super relaxing! I can’t wait to do it again.
