Fun class! Our instructor Tamiya was patient and took the time to make sure every participant could execute the moves. The dance that she taught us was perfect for novices and veterans.

After about 2yrs of being away from physically pole'ing, I stepped into the studio with the warmest welcome. I spent majority of the 1hr session smiling at myself for coming back to this artform. And the rest in sheer amazement of what I instinctively remembered after being away so long. All in all, I feel like a spark has been reignited. I'm just glad to know that PowerBar exists and that their standards have remained unchanged. I left feeling empowered, more in tune with my sensuality & an overall renewed sense of self-confidence. I loved it and I will definitely be back every week

Firstly, the location is ideal. I just happen to love the Deep Ellum neighborhood. It’s quite quaint with lots of coffee shops and sidewalks for strolling. The facilities are great! Plenty of poles both spinning and static. I felt very welcome and at ease while attending the class. We learned a combination of spins, tricks, and a dance routine! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun workout!

Overall I had a blast but I wasn’t feeling the music selection. Partly because I feel like poling is supposed to be sexy so I always want to dance to something sexy. I loved the fact that no one had to share a pole. Great experience can’t wait to go back
