Patricia is always amazing. She finds my trigger spots quickly and generally knows the issues by looking at me without me saying much.  Keeps me advised what the problem(s) are, what I can do about them myself as well as expertly and effectively treating them.

I am a beginner still learning to meditate. I enjoyed Brandon starting the class educating me on why I am doing it and how to acknowledge when thought come in and then bringing my attention back to breathing in and breathing out. I used this practice last night and fell asleep quickly.
