I love this studio! Sloan is so great at keeping things challenging. I also appreciate that you can borrow a mat if you forgot yours without charging members for that. (Some studios will charge for a mat or towel.) The merch is also really cute. Marina is another great asset, I wish I was available to take her classes. I miss that Friday night class she had.

I utilize the breathing techniques taught in this class to help me in my day-to-day life. Fusion has become one of my favorite classes at NoloSol.
