Rick has great hands!  I’ve booked appointments with him many times and am always happy with his work. I’ve had massages about once a month from a variety of masseurs as I move between Palm Springs and Toronto and Rick is the best!  He really knows his stuff and identifies those areas that need most attention, even when I’m unaware of them. On top of his expertise, he’s a lovely man. He demonstrates great care for his clients. And seeing him is always a warm and pleasant experience, despite the fact that he really works those muscles and knots!

Rick was very kind and professional. He took the time to ask questions prior to starting and explained everything prior to starting. He was knowledgeable about my specific areas of concern. You could tell during the massage that he concentrated on the focus areas that were discussed prior. The day after I was sore, as promised. Rick followed up via text to make sure everything was feeling okay and the soreness was decreasing as it should. I have been looking for a proper sports massage for quite some time and finally found it here! I will definitely be continuing bodywork with Rick in the future!
