Ten year anniversary with Ben and Dan. I like it a lot

It is a great place to workout and it allows me to be at my peak performance level in time for training camp this fall!!!

I have had the most amazing time in this class. I truly enjoy the information in the beginning and the end. The class feels like a reflective and learning experience, not just a physical exercise. Ben is very kind and patient. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by him and everyone. I feel stronger after just a couple of times going. I will definitely return. I am officially a Yogi :). I highly recommend!
