This was my first class lead by Andrea. Andrea is an amazing yoga instruction. The energy was definitely a vibe with Andrea leading us. The cold towel provided at the end of class was a bonus surprise!

I am new to YogaLoft and I really enjoyed this class. Frank was excellent and very thorough explaining each movement and pose. Looking forward to the next one with him.

I started my journey with hot yoga not too long ago, and this place is perfect for someone new like me.
Owners are very welcoming, and allways available for any questions or concerns.
Teachers are very passionate and professional,
is nice to see different levels in one class all enjoy the same outcome.

I generally don’t write too many reviews , but I want to express my experience at the Yoga Loft hot yoga. I joined in May and I love it. I enjoy all the instructors classes. I specially enjoy Manuela’s Friday morning 8:00 am class. It is a slower pace but quite intense. Unfortunately, I am not able to take any of her other classes due to my work schedule.
The benefits are great , my flexibility has greatly improved and best of all I lost all my Covid weight gain.

My ever first time yoga experience at Yogaloft was more than expected . It was very friendly and energetic experience. Teacher was very experienced and friendly. Overall very good experience .
