Class with Justin was awesome- I particularly was impressed with the inclusion of nerve glides and tensioners and contract-release drills in our warmup. Was clearly informed and knowledgeable about splitty prep :D

Dionysia’s burlesque class is extremely welcoming and fun. She’s so nice and makes sure you’re always comfortable. You can do whatever feels best for your body. This class was informative, confidence boosting, and encouraged me to feel good about going outside of my normal comfort zone. I highly recommend Dionysia as a teacher and her classes.

This class was so fun! I can’t wait to come back. I’m impressed by how much we covered in one class and how easy it was working with Dionysia. Can’t wait for next week!

It was open pole so I don't have much to say about the instructor but the place was SUPER clean and it was a lot of fun for my first time ever at a studio :) I've always been nervous being a dancer in a studio, but no one made any sort of deal about it and my anxiety eased itself quickly! Thank you for having me!

Such an amazing and empowering space! Classmates are supportive of each other and the teacher walked us through each step and common errors to avoid. Loved it!!
