Great class. Really enjoyed it. I know temperature regulation is difficult this time of the year but it was slightly muggy/hot.
As a first-timer to Pilates and after a long break from exercise, I was a little intimidated about my first class. But as soon as I walked in I felt so comfortable and supported by Jan. The studio has a very relaxed and welcoming vibe and I had a great workout + stretch while also having fun. Jan was also easily able to help me navigate alternative positions as I worked around a few injuries. I can’t wait to go back for another class!
So happy to see this. So fun teaching you and Laura. I ran into Laura at the nail saloon after class and we scheduled your next duet while our nails were dying! Love the hood!
We're so lucky to have this unique studio in our neighborhood. Jan is extremely experienced, and the towers take pilates to the next level. The classes are above and beyond anything I've taken before. They always fly by and I walk out feeling a foot taller!
Thanks so much. I personally can't get over that our classes are never the same and get harder year after year for 15 years.
I almost feel sorry for my clients except the client, like you, are the strongest I have ever worked with.
Jan is the best Pilates instructor I’ve come across in my life. She is knowledgeable, positive, engaging; and she helps me truly enjoy Pilates. she is warm, kind, and delightful to work with. If you ever thought about trying Pilates, you should get in touch with Jan . It doesn't get much better.

These classes are everything. Stick with Jan and her crew and over time, you’ll feel better, stronger and more centered and aligned. I’ve occasionally done other pilates classes but between the instructors, the tower apparatus and the small class size, HSF is just the best. Love it.
