I absolutely love Donna’s class. She explains everything so well and is so helpful in showing correct positions.
I have avoided exercise for many years, so I thought the reformer would be a good place to start. Alison suggested silver move. It was hard but doable. Unfortunately after 2 days, I am still hurting, struggling to walk. I don't think I will be dancing at the wedding this evening. Hopefully I will make it to my next class in 3 days. I don't quit.
I'm 74 years old, with degenerative disk disease and scoliosis. Improving core strength is my goal.
This was the first class since 2008, and I was nervous to go back to a fitness routine and meet new people. EVERYONE made me feel welcome and part of the team and made me feel inspired to do my best even though I am extremely out of shape for 50 years old. Allison had encouraged me to schedule more sessions. I have been SORE ALL weekend, but, this is telling my body that it is working and worth the hard work. I have a lot of limitations to deal with, but they work with you to achieve you best workout. Thank you Allison!!!!
Wednesday was my first ever Suspend class. Allison made sure everyone in the class understood each exercise, and how to modify to make it easier or more challenging. My muscles were sore, in a good way :) the next day! I would definitely recommend the Absolute Pilates Suspend class to anyone!

I was nervous about taking a Suspend class but it was amazing. It was a challenging work out for me (really sore today) but am looking forward to taking another class and getting stronger.
