Such a wonderful class this am with Kristin. She demonstrates strong dialogue for beginners to the bikram practice and a depth of knowledge of the human body and how each posture will contribute to a healthy body and mind. I am new to Albuquerque and felt completely welcome and part of the community. The studio is well maintained and beautiful. Cant wait for my next class.

The place is very clean, and has great lighting - which is something I find many other studios lacking. The lighting can affect a student's experience so much!
The instructor was amazing. All of the instructions were well delivered, clear, simple to follow every step of the way; even the additional information between postures was pleasant to hear.

I had a wonderful visit to Bikram Yoga Albuquerque. I took two 90 minute classes. Both classes were hot and strong dialogue. The teachers had passion and knowledge. The owner, Kristin, is very welcoming and friendly. The other teacher, Shannon, was also very friendly and fun! The students are at all different levels of physical capability so every person feels like they belong. There is a positive energy about the studio and community. I look forward to visiting again.

Very impressed on my first visit! I was greeted immediately by a very friendly staff including Kathy, the instructor of the class. Kathy gave me a detailed description of what to do and how everything works. The class was challenging. I am looking forward to coming back. I first tried the 90min and then their 75min Core Basics class and preferred the shorter one for my body's needs. I'm so thankful they offered this new class!!! Both instructors, Kristin & Cathy, are so friendly and the studio clearly takes good care of their clients, as evidenced by the jars for water, towels & mats, welcoming atmosphere and helpful instruction. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great hot yoga experience!
