Took Zumba toning for the first time and it absolutely amazing !! It was so much and such a great workout! I highly recommend taking this class !

mannn do you feel the burn in the class but trust me when i say at the end you’re feeling great about getting it through it ! I highly recommend this class if you find yourself being pretty weak on your upper body like me . Can’t wait for my next class

Instructor was very energetic. I’m a novice so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I went into the class miserable and left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and got rid of a lot of negative stress. No pressure other than my own.
