Sonnie was amazing. She explained everything and told me I can do it. Made me want to come back for more.

Fun class! Instructor was very supportive and it felt very safe but challenging in a good way.

What an amazing studio!!  I am very impressed. Everyone was very friendly. The teacher for my class was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very good at teaching what muscles to engage in certain movements to produce a better posture and to prevent injury. She met me exactly where I’m at, and encouraged me to practice, play, and grow.

Sarah was an amazing Aerial fabrics instructor for our kiddo! She was smiling and looked like she was having so much fun!  She is so excited to go back for another class! The environment was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you have a kiddo or you are interested in Ariel fabrics.

James class was absolutely incredible. Definitely worth it! So glad to join the class.

It was fun!! Good, safe environment. I was nervous going into the class as I am when trying anything new and I can’t wait to go back now.

I had such a great time during my class. Definitely a highlight of my week!
