Glenn is encouraging and knowledgeable. He tailors your work out to your conditions the day that you are there. Injuried? He works with you to keep you moving and get you back as quickly as possible. He recognizes the value of your mental state as well as eating right, sleeping well and exercising at the right intensity for you that day.
I was invited to go wakeboarding by a friend this past weekend. It has been many years since I have been pulled by a boat, and I was a bit worried how I would feel afterward. Thanks to Glenn and the other coaches at RVA, I was able to wakeboard and had very limited soreness in the days that followed!

When I showed up at RVA this evening I told Glenn about my back having severely tightened up on Friday morning. We discussed what may have caused this, and then he had me do a few stretches and exercises to figure out the exact location of the pain. That was followed by him taking me thru a customized workout. It was fantastic and hopefully helps the healing!
