Great custom workout by Glenn.  Also heard him explaining the program to a potential new client.  He is patient and explains things very well.  He answered all the questions of the potential new client.  Glenn is a great guy and a fantastic trainer.  He also has VCU students coming in on a regular basis.  He helps to prepare them for the world of personal training.   He is an excellent teacher.

Good to get back into the gym.  John and Glenn are encouraging and excellent teachers.  The other clients also encourage you to keep coming back!  Great place with the goal of keeping you moving well.

Training is personalized.  Glenn has assembled a nice program to prevent injury and to keep you moving.  When something is hurting he tailors exercises to help you get back to feeling better.  Glenn and the other coaches encourage you when you are there and help you when you need help.

Coach Glenn is awesome.  He works with you where you are.  He is a teacher as well as an encourager.  He tailors programs to your specific needs and abilities.

Coach Glenn and the other coaches are encouraging.  They are flexible and want to keep you moving as best you can.  From breathing to eating habits to sleep habits to exercise properly, they encourage you to a healthier you!  It always feels good to work out.

Coach Glenn is awesome.  Individualized training.  He is all about keeping you moving and preventing you from injury.  When I had been absent for a couple weeks, he also checked in to encourage me to return.
