My husband, Kevin and I  recently joined this gym and I am so happy we did.  I was a little intimated to start, but the staff are so welcoming  and friendly, that I felt at ease in no time.  The  classes are so much fun  and II love the studio room with all the natural light and intimate space.  Overall The Fitness Corner is the perfect FIT for us.

This is Southamptons hidden gem! I can't say enough about this gym from the great staff, great machines, super clean and nice location. My wife and I retired a few years back and were looking for a place to keep in shape and this place fits us perfectly. They have memberships that suits everyone's needs.  Since we joined we can't get enough.

My wife and I are very pleased with this facility and we truly enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The club is very clean and bright and the machines are all accessible to your individual needs. Holly, the personal trainer is truly experienced and extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us with a detailed routine to get us started. The ladies at the front are also very helpful and are there to answer any questions we might have. We are looking forward to frequenting the club on our way to becoming a little more fit.

Excellent class. Karen is very organized in her programming and it keeps you motivated to keep moving. Music is pleasant too.
