I joined YIDL in early 2022. As a busy professional, business owner with a busy family life the Yoga courses helped me develop a deep sense of calm and flexibility facing ups and downs of each day. After an injury couldn't do Yoga, but I missed the calm from the wonderful Yoga classes and signed up for their "meditation for beginners courses".
Best thing I did !!!!!! They gently and patiently walk beginners from feeling "meditation is hard" to developing routine and skills so meditation brings you a deep sense of calm, stability, and kindness that gives you a wonderful positive approach to life.
Its a wonderful journey with so many learning options and courses available, from ad hoc or beginners yoga and meditation through to advanced in both.
Kind, compassionate and welcoming! I have joined Yoga in Daily Life Brisbane in 2020, I am so glad I did! I have noticed a positive shift in my mood since I attending regularly. Even though I have had a bad day, I always leave feeling great. I would like to mention the teachers who are knowledgeable, dedicated and enthusiastic. I couldn't say enough good things about it. A brilliant place to practice Traditional Yoga. Highly recommend!
